Getting to Know You

Our first meeting will be a fairly informal, a quick sit down where we get to know each other and make sure that what you are expecting in a provider is what we are able to provide. This meeting also lets us know what sort of pain points we might want to focus on as part of our indepth review. - The Review
During this follow-up, our engineering team will review your entire IT environment from top to bottom. We will then build a comprehensive plan to respond to any challenges we may find as part of the review, as well as any requests which may have been brought up. - Onboarding
Once we have presented our findings, we will sit down with you again to review all the finer points and ensure that everyone is on the same page. Items are prioritized with you to begin building an implementation schedule, and we set dates for the onboarding process. We use a wide variety of methods, such as pre and post service surveys with your employees, to ensure that information is properly distributed and available to the company as a whole.

- Bi-Annual Reviews
Every 6 months, we will sit down with your management team and review how the impact our partnership has had on your IT infrastructure and internal service. These reviews also help us to ensure that we are meeting all the future needs of the organization, and give your management team all an opportunity to voice concerns or ideas for the next 6-12 months. - End-User Surveys
As part of an ongoing desire to improve service and ensure that we are meeting the needs of our end users, we will randomly present surveys to users who submit ticket requests. These surveys are basic and help give feedback to the team as a whole. - Project Hours
Each month, we include bankable project hours for our client partners. These hours accumulate over time, to help ensure that when a project need is identified, our client partners don’t have to worry about high unexpected costs.
